In the early hours of Thursday, a man allegedly driving under the influence rammed his car into police barricades set up for a ‘nakabandi’ on Gokhale Bridge, located on the Western Express Highway in Andheri East. The man, identified as Devpriya Nishank, tried to escape a routine check by hitting the barricades and colliding with three other vehicles in the process. Fallon Guliwala, 40, the wife of actor Ajaz Khan, was arrested by the customs department in Mumbai on Friday in connection with a drugs case.
